Ordering and Shipping Policies
Orders can be placed using one of the following methods:
- Enter your order directly on our website. We provide a secure SSL session to protect your privacy and credit card
information.
- Call us toll free at 1-800-726-1398 to place your order by phone. Customer service representatives are
available Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 11am to 4pm.

Orders paid by check can take up to two weeks to ship pending bank clearance. Orders
paid by money order are shipped the same day the money order is received.
We accept the following credit cards:
- Visa
- Master Card
- American Express
- Discover
We accept C.O.D. orders. There is an additional $7.50 charge. C.O.D. orders
cannot be placed online, they must be placed by phone, please call
1-800-726-1398. C.O.D. deliveries must be paid by money order or cashiers check. Drivers will not accept cash or personal checks. C.O.D. shipments are shipped U.P.S. Ground
Service only.
Shipping Options:
Most packages are shipped U.P.S. ground service. You will receive an email order confirmation when your package ships
that will contain your U.P.S. tracking number and expected arrival date.
- There is a $5.95 charge for packages shipped in the Continental US; for Alaska, Hawaii, and all
foreign shipments please call 1-800-726-1398 for exact charges.
- For APO/FPO shipments and all other packages shipped by the U.S. Postal Service please call
1-800-726-1398 for exact charges.
- U.P.S. Next Day Air and 2ND Day Air service is available; rates are based on the weight
and destination of the package. Please call for more information.
- U.P.S. does not deliver to P.O. Boxes therefore you must include a valid street address with your order.
For International Shipping and P.O. boxes Only!
Please Note:
Peak Performance Zone flat rate shipping of $5.95
U.P.S. Ground Service does not apply to International Shipping and P.O.
Boxes. A customer service representative will promptly contact
you via email with an amended shipping rate and order total.
Your order will not be fulfilled until you respond to
this shipping rate verification email. Thank you. We
appreciate your business.
Damages and Shortages:
Merchandise damaged or missing from your package must be reported to Peak Performance
within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for an inspection, so you must keep all boxes and
packaging material intact. We will then either issue credit or replace any damaged or missing items.
Returns:
You must contact Peak Performance by phone at 1-800-726-1398 or by email at
returns@peakperformancezone.com for a return authorization number prior to
returning any merchandise. Products returned for refund must be unopened and in sellable condition unless they are
defective. No returns without prior authorization from Peak Performance. No returns accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the product was defective.
Important Information:
- Checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $20.00 fee.
- Prices subject to change without prior notification.
- Not responsible for typographical errors.
- Peak Performance is not responsible for any health or fitness claims, or any
specific guarantees made by manufactures for any product.
